Drifting away
This has been quite a fallow period for the driftless area blog. I'm still hoping to post on occasion. The Contador-Schleck battle in the Tour is reason enough alone (if you're a sports fan, tune in tomorrow at 6:30 a.m. EDT). I've taken to Twitter: create a login and follow me @bobdolgan. Much easier to keep up-to-date and I can span about a zillion topics at once.

Do Twitter updates come mostly via phone or e-mail or something else? I am tempted by the medium, but also ignorant (and somewhat leery).
Hey Steve! I'm finding that Twitter works really well with a phone or Blackberry/iPhone. But you certainly can log in on a computer and follow along as well. It's like a Facebook status update, but a lot simpler than Facebook in every which way--privacy settings included.
